Have been to Frank's a couple of times but organised a family get together, happily they took a booking as we were a party of eight.We don't live in Cheltenham but happy to travel here for good food, we found the wait staff extremely helpful, everyone enjoyed the food with some coming out looking like works of art.Cafe has a great vibe, would recommend it to others. read more.

"Super cute wine bar just outside the city for something different! Who doesn’t like to chillax with multiple glasses of wine over board games! The place also has a ton of books on offer. Great concept! A very European small shop feel. Lots of interesting wine selection at very reasonable prices. The chicken pâté was just amazing!!!
