"Specially booked to give the big kids a pizza, as we know that they only find around 18 o'clock, they were not able to do them as no bases or mozzarella. the children 5 and 10 had a ok mac and cheese, but the portion size for a 10 years old was tiny. we had the crab pasta dish that was not very tasteful, asked about something parmesan, but no available. on the positive side, the employees were helpful and polite, but not inaccessible for the meal."

"We were very well hosted, recommended that there was a waiting period, but food arrived earlier than expected. The food was excellent, wine good value. We only visited the area, but if we lived on site, it would be on our list of places to go as the environment is great."

"Great meal with interesting and delicious courses I had the Wild garlic soup with 62'egg, and prosciutto dust which I thoroughly enjoyed. My fiancée had the deep fried goats cheese with pickled beetroot carpaccio, garden peas and cider reduction which was beautifully presented. For the main I had the pressed and slow roast pork belly, crispy squid, globe artichoke, white polenta, crispy capers and wild aoli which was fantastic. My partner had the herb and Parmesan gnocchi, butternut fondant, Parmesan Tuileries, hazelnut beurre noisette, crispy sage which unfortunately she found a bit greasy and stodgy. For £35 for two starters, mains and two glasses of prosecco an absolute bargain."

"Even though they were super busy, the staff were on it. The waiting staff were friendly and very efficient, our food arrived quickly which is important with kids and it was all delicious. My fish was lovely and crisp and my husband's trio of roasts was delicious. Highly recommend."
