"I love Panera. But that wasn't? Panera best today (6pm). No coffee/alk coffee, dirty tables and used dishes, garbage everywhere inside and outside, no napkins, slow service and despite three attempts to take my loyalty number, no loyalty points (some have them, but not me! It really felt like nobody took care of this place. A shame, because a well-run panera is a happy fun spot."

"That is my second time at this place. When I went first time, I asked about the ingredients like, they use chicken, bark meat or animal broth in their beef or rice? they were not in the position to answer and they went back to the back and came back to say they were not safe. other sites, the staff seems to be very knowledgeable, but this particular location has no clear ideas about their ingredients. I asked this visit if there were gluten-free options and I was just told that I could order it as a bowl. I asked, contain their ingredients flour or gluten? again, empty staring and tells dunno I like chipotle, however, this place needs serious training on what they serve."

"First visit here and the customer service was impressive. It wasn't that busy but I was greeted when I walked in by a worker not behind the counter who asked if my first visit, explained the menu and special. It was not expensive..think Qdoba or Chipotle prices.. so not at all what is normally expected. A different employee asked how my meal was and refilled my drink. Good service continued as it got busier. Portions were generous. I didn't get the sauce but overheard customers talking about the varied hotness. The decor is interesting."

"Chipotle naples is always busy, they do well, but in my opinion, it has become a machine and that lacks the old customer service when they first opened. eating is non-GMO and there are vegan options, asking, and the server have no idea what animal products contain and they need to ask. if they don't want oil, they're pretty much left with limited objects. So in a prise, there is something to consume, but be sure to see what the server put. they seem so shocked that someone doesn't want to be."

"We have ordered online multiple times for our office lunches of 10 or more associates for delivery and all of the orders were for different menu items and all were accurate and hot and the smoothies were delivered cold packed in ice. Everyone was very happy with their lunches and the delivery time was very quick once the order was placed. Overall, good fresh food and delicious snacks and smoothies. The store manager Chris is the best!!!"
