"Our second time there. Food is great. However we were greatly disappointed with the “fried ice cream”. After building it up to our 3kids who had never had it, it came to the table with maybe two tablespoons of ice cream ,some whipped cream and some chocolate syrup on the plate. Nothing even close to the expectations after looking at the menu photo. It was a very warm day and power was out during the day so maybe they were out? But still it would have been better to just let us know instead of serving what they did. I still tipped 30% on a 109.00 bill because I know they work hard and surely are not paid enough. We didn’t say anything because the kids were getting tired and we wanted to go. But wow. Should have taken a photo!"

"We waited 30 minutes for placement. once we order our drinks and eat. No one came back with our food. although others came after us and were served. After we waited for more than one hour and 15 minutes, we realized that we will not be served soon, so we decided that it was time to go and we have! we will never visit the chili’s in gallatin tn again!"

"Attempted to visit this location on Saturday, 02/20/21. Because of the recent snow fall you'd think that the manager could have had a better sense to have shoveled a larger path for the customers to come into the restaurant. When inside of this place it was dirty the windows were smeared needed cleaning. If there are any corporate checks to Chili's locations this should be one of them. The seating hostess was a young lady that was a bit overwhelmed because there were so many people waiting for a table. The place was in disarray there were lots of dishes piling up every where. My advise is to go to another Chili's location because the proprietor of this spot doesn't seem to care if it appears presentable. Shame on them!!!"
