"I hardly ever write reviews but our lunch on Mother 's Day this year (5/14/23) at the Terrell Chili 's still grinds my gears. I always get ribs when I eat out at places that offer them. I smoke ribs and other meat at my house so I 'm very well experienced in BBQ type food, both in restaurants and at home. This Terrell Chili 's is the ONLY TIME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE that I have been sold a full rack of ribs totaling up to 8, yes EIGHT, rib bones. Most ribs have a full 12 bones. My rack of ribs came out cut in half, 4 bones and 4 bones. I mentioned something to the waiter and then the manager came to our table to ask how things were. I told him they shorted me on ribs. In fact, only gave me 2/3 of a full rack of ribs (8 bones out of 12). He gave some lame excuse and then walked off. 4 months later it still doesn 't sit well with me. Not the first or last time I 've left a restaurant disappointed but this location is IN FACT shorting their customers on racks of ribs. Their trick is to take a full rack of 12 bones, cut it in thirds, and give 8 bones as their full rack of ribs. In doing so they are able to sell 3 of their full racks of ribs to 3 separate customers, but it is actually only 2 full racks of ribs being split up and sold to 3 different customers. Shady business."
