"Food was ok but staff are awkward and weird upon ordering a cheeseburger which they did not have (which was certainly not clearly stated at all before hand, see photo). Long story short, we had to argue a bit over something trivial all because of their incompetence and stubborn attitude. 2 stars were given purely for the sake of rating the food quality (which does deserve more because it was not bad). Most certainly will NEVER enter another restaurant of this chain after such a first impression."

"I ordered a hamburger and the meat was not cooked. Had a lot of pink in it. I told the waitress and she said she would be careful the next time. She did not offer me another burger or refund. Pickles were not that great too. Tastes bitter and still taste like a cucumber. Music is loud and pretty cold inside. Poutine was good though."

"A quick work lunch for five work colleagues turned into a nigh on 2 hour wait fest . 1 Lemon pepper calamari with beer battered chips salad Over cooked battered chunks of tough Calamari 1 PORK BURGER Slow roasted pork, crispy cos leaves... coleslaw on a herbed burger bun with apple balsamic pork glaze beer battered chips Roast Pork on Bun mediocre to say the least 1 Beef nachos with three cheese melt, avocado, sour cream spicy tomato salsa Over cooked close to burnt 1 HAWAIIAN Bacon, ham pineapple on a Napoli sauce base this was passable just like what you get at Woolies .. Just! 1 Chicken schnitzel served with beer battered chips salad we will never know what this was like as our colleague had to leave after an Hour of waiting as he had a an appointment to meet One of our table did ask at the one hour mark as to the status of our order 10-15 min later it arrived without any apology We were offered a round of drinks for the 1 hour plus wait but unfortunately this was too little too late and to be completely honest they should have apologized not only for the wait but the quality of the meals . Although we had phoned and booked a table upon paying at the end of the 2 hour wait fest ... we were told that we should have pre ordered our meals ... ??? If we had known that this lunch was going to be as underwhelming as it was we would have gone to the Drive through at Maccas where we would have received a consisted meal with a pleasant smile from the well trained and polite attendant. PA not OK !!"
