"Went to the juli for an evening meal. the food looked good and what little we had eaten, tasted good, but remained in a hurry because of the loud disgusting talk of customers and bar staff. When we complained, we were told that it was a pub and we should go somewhere else. a woman even sucked on a penis of plastic. we were glad that the woman had gone with her two children. an apology would have been nice, but no luck"

"Regularly nip down for a lamb shish and always end up buying one for the rest of the house as they are so good. Walk past whenever they are in and they will always say hi as they are so friendly. Great healthy food in good size portions- lamb salad and doner"

"We ordered roast beef the dinner was ok apart from more fat then beef, we brought this to the attention of the waitress who just smiled , they then got the bill wrong , we then waited ages to pay, however I have rung on several occasions regarding this issue and I have been advised I we will receive a voucher I’m still waiting Not impressed"

"You are amazing! I visited a couple of weekends ago with my sister, husband and children. We popped by for brunch. We have eaten here times before and whilst the food and staff have always been nice, the service was taken to another level...by Jude. Funny, kind, patient, knowledgeable, flexible and just a hero. It’s tricky eating out with babies, toddlers and teens. He managed to serve us effortlessly whilst entertaining us and all the younger ones. My sister wanted a coffee that wasn’t on the menu, minutes later Jude had created it. Thank you! We are soon to be living in this neighbourhood and we are so excited to have the Potters on our new doorstep."

"We popped in here for a coffee and an early grey tea after a long walk! Lovely little place, beautifully decorated and maintained. The service was excellent too. Very friendly, welcoming and warm. We had the chocolate and salted caramel tart, it was really lovely! Service was fast. All in all a great place to visit."

"Returned to this little cafe for the second time and had a wonderful all day breakfast and coffee. I can't rate it highly enough. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food is well presented, well cooked and well priced. It's tucked away in a...little side street and could be easily missed if you didn't know it was there. At the moment there appear to be Covid restrictions which prevent them being open after which I don't understand, but hopefully it'll be open for longer hours next time I visit. To be thoroughly recommended!!"

"We went for a Champagne afternoon tea. It was a gift from our daughter, and what a lovely present it was. Tea or coffee, dainty sandwiches, and yes they did have the crusts removed. Scones, strawberry jam and clotted cream and then very yummy cakes. Thank you to all. After we had a slow walk around Amersham Old Town, and took some time sitting on a bench in the Memorial Gardens. Beautiful. Service: 4"
