"My girlfriend and I came here for lunch. My girlfriend walks up to the register, and a lady about 4 foot tall, mixed complexion, with glasses says, Are you picking up? My girlfriend says ' no '. The lady never said anything and just points to the other side of the counter. Um did she forget how to speak because that was rude. She then says what do you want my girlfriend says excuse me? The lady then repeats herself saying what do you want in a very rude tone and rolls her eyes. Very poor customer service and very rude. Everyone else was nice besides her."

"I visited on sat 12/08 and i been to this cafe a few times now over past couple of years and its normally when my own coffee machine is being serviced but i must say my experiences here have been on a gradual decline sadly. The menu and food on offer is a bit outdated and stale. im not a happy camper when served up cold bacon and sausages that are obviously cooked well in advance these were just hard, cold and inedible (You could snap the bacon in half it was that hard). You charge a premium so as a customer you want to be able to walk away with having a great experience all round."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst coffee and customer service I’ve ever had. The owner is arrogant, rude and misleading. I ordered a almond late which the menus failed to say used a vanilla almond milk. Upon bringing the coffee back and saying I don’t want or expect vanilla in my coffee and asked if I could have another milk, he refused to make me another one without paying for it. And then said I was picky and started abusing me. This man to speak to a women like this after a very reasonable request made me sick to my stomach. I highly recommend not to go here."

"A lovely local cafe with all the essential elements to reward a lazy Sunday morning. Nice coffee and plenty options for a carbs lover. Must try the curry rice bowl . Home made curry flavor and creamy mushroom sauce bring the taste to the next level. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive. 5"

"Great little spot. The food was great. Came out fast and was great quality. We had a gear4 and nfc burger, found them really filling. The anime displays are pretty cool; I’m not an anime lover but i still enjoyed the displays. Can’t go wrong eating here."

"The service was very terrible. Waiting in a line of 4 because the operator taking orders wasn’t sufficiently trained in using the till and understanding what was being said so it took forever to put through a single person took 10 minutes initially. We ordered and sat down in the cafe. One coffee we ordered was suppose to be a large and when addressed the female smiled at my husband and gushed as if to say oh sorry but I’m not gonna do anything about it. I am a regular coming to the cafe and can say wholeheartedly the coffee is consistently amazing and I specifically come to the cafe for this and the homemade sausage rolls so imagine waiting 30 minutes for a sausage roll that came from a box x3. During the long time we spent in the cafe the coffees were prompt (charging $3.50 for a babycino though is ridiculous) and the table service was very poor you can only get service by attending the cashier again which is very frustrating when you have young children. There was plenty of staff to delegate one to ensuring their customers seated were taken care of and the tables were promptly cleared to ensure the cleanliness of the cafe. The final straw was the big breakfast ordered which also took 30 minutes to arrive which was served stone cold and cost $28. A huge disappointment. This cost approx $70 for 4 coffees, a babycino, big breakfast(barely) and 3 frozen sausage rolls. Don’t change the menu if you can’t keep giving regulars consistency."

"A particular staff member repeatedly followed my friend into the women’s bathroom and told her she wasn’t allowed in there, making her incredibly uncomfortable even after she told her that she’s a woman the staff member came back again and said you can’t be in here. Very disappointing service and put a huge damper on a great night. Fix your staff’s attitude, it’s embarrassing"
