What J likes about Ben Coffee Kitchen:
Went here for brunch. The staff were really friendly and down to earth. The seating in the little courtyard at the back feels like a hidden gem and was comfortable on a good sunny day. The coffee was good and the food was delicious. However I think there could be more variety in the food menu. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst coffee and customer service I’ve ever had. The owner is arrogant, rude and misleading. I ordered a almond late which the menus failed to say used a vanilla almond milk. Upon bringing the coffee back and saying I don’t want or expect vanilla in my coffee and asked if I could have another milk, he refused to make me another one without paying for it.
