"Absolutely lovely venue, downstairs seating for a more private intimate meal, upstairs is more lively but great atmosphere. Menu was divine with most dishes being larger than expected (especially compared to some other tapas and or share style places in Leederville) Front courtyard is nice in the sun and with a good breeze, several sizes of tables to choose from Wine list was good and with the bar attached, you can order a special bottle for $15 corkage."

"A burger by any other name.It was an impromptu moment on passing the Jus Burger store in Leederville, decided to try a cheeseburger from Justin Bell’s food vehicle ‘Jus Burgers’. I ordered the said Cheeseburger, the grill hand was of Indian origin, and I did ponder if he had any religious ethical issues cooking beef, ah well back to the start on the Wheel of Life. Maybe it was a modernist statement of rejection of religious doctrine.So Jus Burgers have positioned themselves in the market as ‘gourmet burgers’ using fresh produce and optionally organics fee-range beef. This is meant to justify the expensive nature of their burgers. Firstly a point that Burger places overlook it’s just mince, slapped on a grill between a bread bun. Simplicity in itself, as were the first hamburgers brought over from Hamburg to the Americas by German migrants. Anyway I digress, the Cheeseburger was substantial and tasty, did it justify the price of $12 no I think not. Bearing in mind its Perth, and everything thing food related is expensive bar a few exceptions. Maybe the price point is a fait accompli. I make burgers using a Sous Vide, and then grill the surface, awesome technique for juicy burgers…give it a whirl."

"My partner's hamburger was as dry as the proverbial ..... My steak was cooked as ordered - rare, but the chips were cold. Didn't help that the waitress let herself be side-tracked by a good couple of minutes as she made her way to our table with our meals. The steaks the rest of our party ordered were overdone. An underwhelming meal. The service was slack - the staff didn't seem to know what they should be doing or what they were there for. The pub itself has character; we chose to eat in the bar and not in the 'dining room', which looked like some food hall and was noisy. We wouldn't go back for a meal, but would for a drink."
