"Good afternoon, I am writing this on behalf of my grandmother who is a regular at GG’s Coffee Hub. My grandma and grandpa enjoy coming in every week to the coffee hub to sit in the lovely surroundings and reward themselves with a coffee after...a lap around the lake. They often come home and tell us about the cheery and welcoming girls in the coffee hub and what entertainment they provided that day my grandparents say it is an on going joke that the two young girls always give them something to laugh about and make them feel very welcome as if it was family welcoming family. I am however a little concerned that they came home after a visit on Wednesday with a negative experience, not towards the business but more towards the member of staff on shift. Unlike the normal employees they have towards the end of the week/weekend the lady on shift was very rude and unwelcoming towards my grandparents and made them feel more of a hindrance than paying customers. It seemed, according to them, all the lady cared about was drinking her own drink and replying to a message on her phone. The conversation was very minimal and felt as if they were trying to be made just to hurry up and finish. Understandably my grandparents left quite deflated which is something no-one wants to see especially their family. They didn’t want to make a complaint about their trip as they love GG’s and will continue to return, however in future they said they will stick to the days when they know the staff that make them feel welcome are working. I want to just reiterate again, that this is nothing against the company my grandparents can not praise GG’s enough, but when my grandparents come home deflated because of and the customer service received from an employee somewhere you can imagine I had to say something about it. One last thing, if you are thinking of going to GG’s my grandma suggests one of the delicious tea cakes and a flat white!"

"Really enjoyed lunch here, we sat outside with the sun blaring and it was a great atmosphere and felt like we were abroad! Food was quick and tasted good and went down well with a mojito! Only slight downside was slightly flat pink bubbles but apart from that I would def recommend and go again"

"We have come here many times before but this is the first time our meal has been substandard. We ordered seebass, a delicate fish but excellent when cooked properly. Our fish was sadly totally overcooked. The potato mash was meant to taste of lemon but was tasteless. When we expressed our disappointment we were told had we complained they would have replaced the meal. That misses the point, namely it should never been sent out in the first place. That apart service was good and of course it’s a great venue to visit. Sadly we shall give the Bulls Head a miss for a while."

"Had to put 1 star just so i could post this review but I wouldn't even give it ANY Stars... Never Received my order. Absolutely disgusted by the way i have been treated or lack there of. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to have it ring through to answer phone. This was after my order was already over 1 hour late. I then decided to call the restaurant, which then I couldn't get hold of the restaurant it kept going to answer phone. I then drove there myself to find out where my food was to only find out the restaurant was not open and no one inside but still they took my money from the just eat app and still are saying that they delivered my order when in fact they did not. I have photo evidence of the restaurant shut and call log of how many times i tried to call them but never got through. I ordered this on the 13th May, my order no was: 9282744330. This was meant to be a birthday meal surprise, to then have this evening ruined by our food not turning up and having to go get a kebab as last-minute resort at 9pm, I'm absolutely disgusted and wont be using just eat services ever again or ordering from your establishment. Please can you contact just eat to let them know you never made the delivery of this order so they can process my refund as there refusing to refund as you said the order was delivered on the app, when it WASN'T!!!!"
