"I was there many years ago when it under a different ownership and it was great food service and hospitality. I’m completely disappointed the mixed potatoes were hard under cooked, the chicken francaise was inedible, the bagels were cold and nowhere to toast them. The omelettes were good however the server had to handle the pancakes and the eggs at the same time which it made it hard for him to focus on each task. The servers were friendly and attentive."

"I have to say unfortunately Staten Island has terrible food options! However, I’ve been coming to this place since they opened and have never been disappointed at all. This place is definitely in the Top 10 in the whole of Staten Island. Everything is always fresh delicious! I can’t get enough of it!"

"The service and eating were very good. we started to knuckle with chicken lemongrass that were delicious. then for entrees we ordered rock steak with chimmichurri sauce, scallops filled with real crumb meat, and a 10 ounces pigeon. the entries went from about 28-$52, with most about $29. the menu was wonderfully varied. there is a parking lot that is great. we will definitely return."

"I visited marks bakeshoppe to taste the vegan cupcakes. they are sold in packs with 6. there are also individual vegan chocolate chip cookies for sale. the cupcakes were light and fluffy and the frosting was sweet and beautifully applied. the staff was nice and friendly and there are places to have a coffee and enjoy a snack. excited, a cool bakery with vegan options on staten island!"
