"Came to this store for the first time and probably the last. Thanks to the employee. On asking for a sample the girl told me it?s not allowed. I told her we can go out of the store, try it and come back. She still hesitated but agreed. Then I asked for 2 single scoops of ice cream and she gave me one cone with 2 scoops. I noticed she was holding the cones barehanded, no gloves. She cared for COVID on asking for a sample but didn?t card to wear gloves while serving. Owners need to seriously train their staff or hire better employees who work for customer service and don?t throw attitude or are rude towards customer."

"I love this local cafe and ice cream shop. The ice cream/gelato is delicious, with a wide variety of flavours in the summer months. The coffee is very good, too, with my favourite being the oat milk lattes I usually order. The big, thick cookies they sell there are divine, especially when warned up. Their chocolate chip walnut and caramel pecan cookies are top notch. I haven’t tried their milkshakes or “freak shakes” yet, but they look incredible. The inside is very comfortable and charming, and the decor is quaint. When I meet a friend there for a coffee and cookie, we usually end up staying there for 2-3 hours because it’s got such an enjoyable atmosphere and vibe. Finally, the staff there are friendly and attentive. The community of Oak Park is lucky to have a place like Marylebone, especially since there are so many big money corporate ice cream and coffee shops around."

"The manager Keith is really nice. He’s the reason I go there. Super friendly guy who is always really nice and willing to help out if I have an issue. I also like the outside sitting area. That’s a nice added touch for the summer. I’m not a fan of their coffee but I do like their caramel coretto and cold hot chocolate. The salted chocolate chip cookie is nice too. Their smoothies are also pretty good.Kid-friendliness: I don’t know if they still do but they used to have colouring book and crayons .Parking: There’s no specific parking. You have to park in a paid parking lot or on the side of the road. Unless it’s the weekend and then it’s usually freeWheelchair accessibility: It is tight but it’s wheelchair accessibleDietary restrictions: They have things like almond milk , I think soy and maybe oat milk for those who don’t drink dairy."

"Going to Panera bread is always a welcome escape. Their baked goods are always fresh and delicious. I tried yesterday their autumn harvest soup: I loved the subtle sweet taste. Definitely recommend. And it goes without saying that you should never miss out on their chocolate chip cookie."
