"EVERY time I'm in Chicago I go to The Fudge Pot. It's a small, family owned and operated business in the same spot for at least 3 generations! Besides being one of the last remnants of Old Town Chicago from the 1960's, their fudge, chocolate confections, taffy apples (walnut or peanut and more, are all made there, fresh and delicious. All of the employees are friendly and patient with the multiple questions and requests. They're open late and make special orders in advance! Support a delicious, local, small business that rocks :"

"Chocolate Carousel provided the wedding cake for mine and my partner's commitment ceremony. The cake was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and airy, the filling options were plentiful, and the frosting was SO good (and as someone who is not usually a fan of frosting, that's saying something). We had a three-tiered cake and we were able to have the tiers have different cakes and fillings to accommodate different tastes for ourselves and our guests. Additionally, they were able to provide us with a great tasting kit in advance of the commitment ceremony so that we were able to choose our favorite options. The outside of the cake itself was also tastefully done and very customizable so we could match it to the rest of our décor for the event. All in all, myself, my partner, and our guests were all very impressed."
