"I just love this sponge parmesan cake! So light and fluffy and some cream in the middle. Great for a quick snack after work. There is an alternative one which is a rainbow stack of a few layers. But I liked this parmesan version with a hint of saltiness in the middle."

"The seafood buffet on s Friday night is fantastic value. We did feel the lobsters were a little on the small side though. A great selection of fine hot and cold dishes to suit all tastes. I do suggest you "TRY" and save room for dessert as there is a great selection and amazing chocolate fountains"

"If you eat the bread here you probably wont want to go anywhere else anymore. Best pastries and coffee in this tiny shop. Sausage rolls are good and loaves of bread they are good too. These people were bred for making bread"

"I was told by the curtain shop across the road from this pasticceria on High street that I could pick up curtain material swatches because they were not open on Saturday morning. I went to this lovely little coffee shop and was so impressed with...the Italian cakes and biscuits on display that I decided to stay for a coffee and try what turned out to be the most delicious cannoli I have ever eaten. It was crunchy so you knew it is fresh with a lovely custard filling that was not too sweet. I went back a couple of weeks later and bought a croissant for lunch. I was asked if I wanted to take it away and because I ordered two they were made fresh for me. They were delicious and I wished I had ordered more because one each was not enough. The staff are very helpful and so friendly. I have lived in Northcote for years and I have only just found this little gem that has been there since I ended up ordering the curtains as well."

"I love woodfrog! her brot is brilliant, as proved by the lines from the door on Saturday morning. but I have a bark with her happy hour special! if they are stupid enough to get there, just before closing, and buy them a laib of whatever-is-left brot, they can choose a left over Danish or an insoldable slut for just a bark, they weep, and yes it is. or they can be a choice of golden diesel for only offered an even bigger bargain, I hear that they say, and yes, it is when you consider that these are in the rule everyone. but what if you can't eat or have no huld of little people to eat? might you just want to buy these delicious joys? but no! they can only buy or never or (less want to pay full price obviously they would rather throw that scone away than sell it for them would rather see them how they grind that scone in dust under their feet to make a profit. it is a very sad and sad story that I must say, but I hope that someone at woodfrog hears my cry for help, my klage song for sense freedom and mercifully mimics my skeoneless soul."
