"I and my family have been regular customers here for more than 6 years and it is such a disappointment that has gone to the quality and quantity of food. Despite the cost increase, they still have to say that it is quite the entire menu. I have published the image of them, showing the only menu items that are affected. I ordered my usual Neptun recorder, which is $32. The record was the equivalent of a record at Captain D's. It had the usual large piece of fish, two small cock shrimps, 3 small scallops, 3 small oysters rockefeller and a small crab cake that could hardly be a part. My side was the garlic steak frits and they were fried deep in old oil. Half of the ordered foods were cold as the mac n cheese, pommes and shrimps. We were hungry to take care of it. Our waitress Dawn was great and immediately offered another side and did what she could, but as the waitress performs the records, why she still did. Why would you bring food to a table if you didn't eat it yourself? Besides, the raw oysters were great as usual. Just be fair from paying the full price for a little food and not as it was earlier. Although she told the manager, she still defended the small parts of ALWAYS. I told her the least she could do is to notify everyone and list more than the small list they have because it is not accurate and it is misleading. You're better off, Captain George pays a little more for better quality and quantity of food."

"Friendly greetings upon arrival. Server came quickly. Food was served very quickly after ordering. However, our server was not very friendly. It was fine, she did her job, nothing went wrong. There were several times I thanked her, for brining drinks and food, she had no response to any of them. Nothing was said, she just walked away. That was a bit odd to me. Oysters on shell were fresh. Loved it. Food was overall not bad. Not impressive but definitely not bad. No complaints."

"Juneteenth weekend, I surprised my mother with a staycation at the Marriott after seeing Tulu go viral on TikTok! The aesthetics, the vibe, the decor…all 10 times better in person! Our reservation was at 12pm but we didn’t get seated until about an hour later. There was a long line of guest trying to get in and because you all are now viral on social media, I think you all have to prepare for this asap! Going to have to hire more staff and establish table time limits because y’all are going to be very busy this summer! Food took quite awhile to come out but when it did arrive, it was fresh, hot and tasty. Our server Tillman was the absolute best, such a positive attitude and so kind! We will be back for sure."

"I actually loved how accommodating the staff was from the time my group arrived until we left. I had a party of eight with gifts and it was a little tight, didn't complain,holiday time, but the manager came over and noticed and added an empty table to ours. "EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE At this bonefish in Virginia Beach! Service was amazing, our waitress was friendly, responsive, relatable and just AWESOME! The food was perfectly prepared, well seasoned and cooked to my specifications (I asked for it well done) and it was delivered with a smile! And my GOD the molten chocolate lava cake was sinful! The whipped cream was as thick and creamy as icecream. The strawberries were fresh and presentation was amazing. Highly recommend and ask for AMY when you go. She is new but she is amazing! I highly recommend and will go back again."
