"Second visit, second time conquered!new map proposed with increasing quality. Light increase in prices, but amplely justified, 23rd per head what remains very correct.Quality bunch, pleasant location and very smiling and very pleasant service, which in the morning at 11het a few and very appreciated. Muffins (thon for my wife and egg for me ^), passing through fruit juices, granitas, pastries etc. we simply enjoyed each other. the whole is hearty, hat to those who arrive at everything swallowing!Thank you for this pleasant quality moment. "To celebrate our last evening in Aix en Provence we decided to try a Michelin rated restaurant - the Michael Faval restaurant. We both tried the four course dinner. I had the La Sardine, La Langoustine (prawns), Le Filet de Boeuf (filet mignon), Le Fromage (assortment of four cheeses), and finally the desert. Dishes were very well presented, and most importantly the combination of various ingredients / flavors made the experience very special. Service was attentive. Staff is well trained: our waitress was very informative and knowledgeable. A very special, good experience. Prices are or low."

We enjoyed the entrance to dessert, including langoustine and smoked calf and the traditional hot chocolate mousse of the chef. "Es conveniente reservar mesa.La atención del personal es muy profesional, solicita y eficaz comenzando por el propio Micht.Empezamos degustándo una variedad de tomates provenzales realmente exquisita y un carpaccio de salmón con aceite y vinagre sicilianos muy bueno. De segundo plato pedimos el "peche du jour" que resultó ser un atún marinado maravilloso. Terminamos con un buen plato de quesos que nos ayudó a vaciar la botella delafrutado rose provenzal.No es barato pero merece mucho la pena."
