We returned here four years after our last visit here and to Aix and Mitch remains one of Aix’s best restaurants. A small selection both of food and wines means the focus can all be on quality. Our fish and lamb plats were excellent, as...were the entrées. The wine list is focussed on the best of the small local or regional growers, with a few from eg Burgundy or Bordeaux as well.
