"This was probably the worst service and help I have ever seen or offered in a pub. A member of the party took ill and not one member of staff pottered to help even after being asked. No one phoned for the ambulance, we had too, the only time a member of staff came across was when the shift manager wanted to complete paperwork whilst we were on the phone to 999! He even had the audacity to ask the ambulance to wait whilst he checked a stock order into the cellar so he could then get a reference number!!! No offer of sorting refunds for food and drinks we weren't able to eat due to the party member collapsing. Won't be going back here ever."

"We’ve been to Arthur’s quite a few times however this weekends visit wasn’t to the standard we’d enjoyed previously. The quality of food was excellent however, the courses came out so quickly that we hardly had time to enjoy them, which was disappointing as in my opinion it ruins the experience of a 10 course tasting menu. We almost felt like an inconvenience at the end of the night as they were closing down, weren’t even offered the extra optional course. This is constructive criticism, as I’ve said the food was excellent, hopefully the experience will be better next month as we had already booked in to return for the final menu."

"We had a lovely meal, meeting up with family, the starters were scallops black pudding on minted pea puree. Homemade fish cake, calamari soup all plates were cleaned! The rump of lamb with dauphinois potatoes was lovely, with a rich gravy fresh seasonal veg, cooked to perfection! Others had the special fillet, scampi belly pork. Puddings were lemon tart, chocolate fudge cake strawberry Prosecco cheesecake followed by coffees teas. Well worth a visit. The a la cart menu was much better than the menu on the website. The service was good staff friendly even though it was a busy Friday night"
