This was probably the worst service and help I have ever seen or offered in a pub. A member of the party took ill and not one member of staff pottered to help even after being asked. No one phoned for the ambulance, we had too, the only time a member of staff came across was when the shift manager wanted to complete paperwork whilst we were on the phone to 999!
