"The last time I visited Maple Tree Inn was when it was located in Blue Island. Dropped in today and was amazed at everything. The ambience of the place was amazing, the staff were phenomenal, the food was superb. This is definitely a place I'll comeback to support. It's a busy place so make the reservation. Parking isn't an issue from what I've seen, and it's located in anice quiet area. I highly recommend it. Next time I'll have to try something from the dessert menu. Some menu items may seema bit pricey, but it's worth it."

"Finally got to try the much lauded Cookie Fix! Birmingham Moms Blog was hosting a free cookie event, so I dropped by and got one of the free cookies. It was a white chocolate chip cookie, and it was delicious! The cookie had a great ratio of chips to batter and the outside was perfectly crispy. The inside was soft, chewy, and the chips were creamy and perfect. While I like white chocolate, it isn’t my favorite, but I could have eaten a dozen of these! The building was charming, staff friendly, and I was in and out in under a minute. They’ve definitely earned my business, and I can’t wait to try all the other amazing looking flavors!"

"Stuns at the shop after a nearby event. Likes: wide selection of flavors. New but familiar at the same time. Several sizes to choose from and they fill the cup up! Owners were sweet and patient with everyone in the shop and it was real. Fed my sweet tooth without the heavy guilt you get from ice! I tried a Mocha taste that was excellent!! They also had some baked chocolate desserts (cookies, brownies, etc.). The prices were indeed good for a non-chain. They do not try to be cool, trendy or hipster, they only serve good things they want you to eat. About 9 dollars for a medium, small and a cookie with taxes. 2 froyos would have been 2x this amount. I can't wait to come back here!"

"I usually hold my reviews for multiple trips, but I really enjoyed eating here, the lunch atmosphere is good and the service was fast. The food is very good, and this place comes highly recommend from my wife and her co-workers who eat here monthly. I will be back and I am looking forward to trying other items and updating my reviews and adding photos. There are a lot of good photo ops of neat pub like back drops. I definitely recommend the Philly cheesesteak it is good. Well worth the money."

"Visiting Dreamcakes Bakery for the first time was a cool experience. Just by checking in via the yelp app, I received a free mini cupcake. It was delicious.... Actually everything I purchased was delicious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Street parking can be iffy in the area. I highly recommend the lemon bars..... they were my favorite!!"
