"The worst experience I had at this shop. The lady at the front counter treat customers really bad. To begin with she was on her phone all the time while serving and wanted us decide our orders in a jiffy and got annoyed when we added to the order. After that she had the audacity to say that she doesn't want to serve us anymore. Hopefully this gets reviewed by the management."

Especially when my boyfriend didn’t like his dessert due to the strawberry shortcake being very soggy with no flavor. Miss. Lillian was extremely upbeat and eager to please us. She went to the point of putting frozen raspberries in my champagne"

"Beware : unless you are male or a young couple, donât expect any courtesy or accommodation by the surly male host. We (two senior women) were given the worst table, and despite a request for different seating were told more or less, if we did not like it, we could leave. This, despite the fact that there were other tables and men in pairs were seated at them when arriving after us. I would have left, but the woman accompanying me wanted to remain. There are many upscale restaurants in the area. However, pre pandemic we enjoyed the food and service here. Choose Capital Grill, Mortonâs , Sullivanâs, if you are women, want upscale dining, and respect."

"Wanted to share what an extraordinary time my wife and friends had at J. Alexander’s on Friday May 20. We were there to celebrate a monumental moment and this was a great place to go. Our Waiter Mike was very helpful with explaining the menu items He was fantastic. The other pleasurable moments was when General Manager Taylor Edmund made sure we didn’t leave without tasting the deserts. Wow! They were amazing, I’m still reeling from the warm carrot cake. Just a wonderful evening and we look forward to our next event here. Thanks for everything."

"I have gone to the cafà at Neiman Marcus (previously called Zodiac) for years and it was always a very enjoyable experience. Great food and a quieter atmosphere, whether alone or with friends. This past time, the quality of the food declined significantly. The crabcake salad actually had a crabcake âpattyâ on top about the size of an English muffin half. It tasted a little fishy and the dressing provided was bland Certainly not worth the price. The cheesecake I ordered for dessert was covered in chocolate, which was not described on the menu and was fair quality. Lunch for two with no alcohol (same entree) was about I do not see myself returning to the restaurant, nor would I recommend it to friends going forward. I am sad to see it goâ¦I expected better from Neiman Marcus."

"Wow, just pulled back from California. hard looking good vegan options. the bowls here were dynamite. the vegan cheeseburger by far the best vegan cheeseburger I have ever eaten in my 8 years vegan. you don't smell like fat food. very hip, and the staff is very nice. also the toilets are very stylish. vegan desserts also. would give me a 5 star if it lets me."
