"Ay, caramba. Wowzer. Not really sure where to start here. First, a few words to set the scene. Came here with my family on the final day of what has been a superb visit to Kitzbuhel. Great skiing and lots of wonderful food over the...past few days and we thought, what better to top it all off than a bit of hedonism. After doing a bit of research and reading a few reviews online we thought where better to go to satisfy this urge for digestible debauchery than 1st Lobster. Not only was it rated as the 5th best restaurant in Kitzbuhel, but it’s very name reeked of indulgence and class. I’m here to set the record straight. Firstly, they don’t serve cocktails. As we had enjoyed cocktails-a-plenty during our short break, this was was reasonably insignificant to us. But it’s worth being aware of if considering a visit. Secondly, the warmth you expect from staff at any restaurant that markets and prices themselves out of your regular restaurant goers wallet, simply didn’t exist. And thirdly, and this really was the cherry on the icing of the proverbial butt cake, (and please do picture our faces when they told us this), THEY HAD NO BLEEDIN’ LOBSTER! Need I say anymore? We left swiftly after finishing our sub par steaks and are now ennroute to drown our sorrows in a McFlurry. Would not recommend."

"Unfortunately our experience at the restaurant was marred by the waiter struggling with a sleeping child in a stroller. Despite the fact that it wasn 't particularly crowded during lunchtime , the waiter didn 't allow us to take the stroller inside. His statement was: The car stays outside . This has resulted in our not being able to dine in the restaurant. It would have been desirable if a more customer-friendly solution had been found. Service: 1"

"Lovely staff, very nice quaint austria style and vibe. food is excellent it comes out very quickly and is very good serving sizes and is delicious! id recommend the pizza and the chocolate pite! its just off blue run 36 and the views around it...are spectacular!"

"Had a great dinner we got the filet mignon and ny steak good cooked and the meat was high quality! Only negative point charged me for ketchup 2 euros think in not necessary when the average check is over 100 euro!"

"Beautiful cottage, cozy. you can enjoy the great view and sit nicely in the sun. there are delicious typical Austrian dishes. the beer is also delicious. the line is very nice, we'll be back."

"We took the cable car to the top and walked all around. When we got tired we stopped for coffee and hot chocolate and ordered the Kaisersmarm with sweet fruit sauce, It took over 20 mins to make but it was well worth the wait"

"We stopped here on the way back from the slopes to get a snack that my fussy year old would eat. The lady who served us couldn't have been any more helpful. The food was tasty and the Cakes were Delicious"

"A great little find for drinks and food. Very pleasant, warm atmosphere and surroundings the staff were very friendly. I wish I had only ordered the main course though as it was plenty of food...the vegetable stack was large. Very good, tasty food and...not too pricey...approx 4.80 euro for a glass of prosecco. I'd definitely go back and eat here."
