"Restaurant la Tour in Lutry, an exceptional restaurant, with sublime and creative dishes, subtle flavors, an incredible regional cellar well stocked with local producers, a small menu cooked to order with a creative and very friendly chef, accessible, resident of the region, fast and attentive service by a charming and attentive waitress, a beautiful, well-organized team. A menu which is regularly renewed to discover with the seasons, a warm and comfortable atmosphere, a place which has managed to renew itself in the era of time, exceptional farm products throughout the seasons, for an epicurean like me, passionate about cuisine and fresh produce, well I must say that there and it is rare, very rare on my part, for a restaurant, I was really delighted to discover this innovative and incredibly delicious cuisine, and the icing on this great evening, the little digestive offered at the end of the meal a rare gesture very rare these days, if you too would like to experience something crazy, incredible in tasting this wonderful local cuisine, and Mediterranean, plant-based too, reserve your table and let yourself be carried away in their culinary magic.
