"Unrecommended, The service was very antipathetic and, among other things, threw the food through the door on the table. The food was a touch of nothing, there was no menu, so no prices were known. The money was then in the middle of the meal and the sum was alarming. 200ml of cola and coffee at more than 8€. (Original view) Nicht zu empfehlen, Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und hat einem unter Anderem das Essen gefühlt aus der Tür heraus auf den Tisch geworfen. Essen war ein Hauch von nichts, eine Karte gab es nicht, sodass man keine Preise kannte. Kassiert wurde dann mitten beim Essen und die Summe war erschreckend hoch. 200ml Cola und ein Kaffee für über 8€."

"Our tour guide recommended lunch here so we stopped by and sat down. I had a bottle of water that I set on the table while we waited for our server. She came over and picked up my water bottle and started to scold me for having it on the table. I didn't understand immediately what the issue was and she continued to berate me in French rather loudly in front of the other diners. I'm in my 50s and certainly didn't intend to offend in any way by putting my bottle on the table. I put it away and after several minutes my husband and I decided to leave and lunch elsewhere. On our way out she very loudly and sarcastically said Merci and Au Revoir followed by laughing at us. For a restaurant that I'm sure caters to many foreign tourists I would've expected a bit more grace if we didn't understand that putting our water on the table would be insulting to them. We ended up going to the next restaurant which was down a path in a courtyard, Les Ecuries. We had a delicious lunch and we were treated very well there."

"Ambiance très sympathique, joli décor et serveuse super efficace.Les galettes sont délicieuses, réalisées avec des produits locaux et bio pour la plupart. Attention aux spéciales qui sont très copieuses. La côte de boeuf est aussi délicieuse, bien coupée et parfaitement cuite accompagnée des ses frites maison, un régal !Si vous avez encore de la place laissez vous tenter par une crêpe sucrée elles sont parfaites ! Enfin au moment de l'addition un prix très raisonnable ce qui ne gâche rien."

"Reservations recommended for lunch, great location for a stop when on a tour of the landing leaches, service was fine and the food was all very good. Cute restaurant with parking and a large gift, cookie store too."

"The rooms are basic but a great value for the price and the location for visiting the D-Day Beaches and museums is perfect. What really makes this hotel and small restaurant special is the attention and kindness the owner and staff show towards their guests, even when we overrun the entire hotel with our large, somewhat unruly group. Dinner was good, but breakfast was the highlight of my stay because the hot, fresh croissant I ate there remains one of the best I've ever had in France. I would return just for that."
