"Nice Mexican restaurant. They have a spacious garden area with a great atmosphere. The food is amazing and delicious. Recommended beef tacos. But what makes this place exceptional is the staff. Their friendliness and guest concentrated on the behaviour of this place in front of all other Mexican restaurants in the city."

"We decided to have dinner there last month, without booking in advance. It was a nicely warm evening (though with the risk of rain showers , and we very much wanted to sit on the terrace. The only table the waiter could offer us, however, was not covered by the awning, and less than 10 minutes into our stay, the first drops started to fall. However, the waiter swiftly informed us of another (covered table that had just been vacated, and proceeded to relocate us there, so we were safe from the rain for the rest of the evening. Very good and attentive service, and I loved the food. As it seems a popular place (and I can obviously see why! , I would probably recommend to book in advance, especially when wanting to sit on the terrace, to avoid disappointment, as not everyone may be as lucky as us with the timing."

"My order was not the traditional tapas, but rather a bowl of paella and a bowl of lentils with cubes of lamb and chorizo and both dishes were excellent. Being from the Caribbean my palette is accustomed to flavorful food and I visit a very good Spanish restaurant (Spain '92) in NJ from time to time so my reference is fairly good. The shocker for me was also the sangria which was truly fabulous and probably the best I have ever tasted and this includes sangria I tried in Barcelona and in the country area inland from Barcelona. I asked which red wine they used but apparently the sangria served is bought pre-made. They have a very decent selection of wines and this is a smaller restaurant and bar which was just a really overall top-notch experience. I went on my own but there were a lot of couples and a few tables of 4 persons. I highly recommend a visit if you are in Basel."

"I went to this retaurant because it.was recommended by Mexicans to me! I must say that I'm glad I went! I had the Tacos al Pastor and they were sooooo good! The drinks are great and the personal so nice! I will be back soon!"

"Went for Dinner here (pre-booked). Was seated at a table, inside, wedged in between two or three other tables, virtually on top of people eating at them. No Covid distancing applied here. The place was full (Friday evening) and very noisy. It's always hard to know what you're getting in an unfamiliar tapas bar from perusing the menu, so we opted for a mixed meat special. It wasn't very good. Food is not expensive, but neither is it very appetizing. Wouldn't be back."
