"We are visiting from Miami. We saw a show on TV that said this restaurant serves great Authentic Mexican food. When we arrived we noticed this was not a restaurant. This is a to go place. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We ordered three burritos. They were all made with Carnitas. The meat did not taste like carnitas or any other meat that I am familiar with. It was also did not seem fresh and the ingredients did not have the consistency and the quality of what an authentic Mexican food has. We noticed the food was bad from the first bite we took out of our burrito. We stopped eating at that point. Both bottled sodas we ordered were flat and the service was terrible. When we approached by one of the servers, I quietly asked her to please ask her boss for a refund Because the food was not satisfactory.. The owner came out and started yelling at us In front of everyone ?if you are not a chef you have no opinion, get the hell out of my store I don?t need your business.? All she needed to do was give me a refund and move on with her day in a professional manner. The owner acted very aggressively. I wonder how the staff is treated if this is how she reacts just based on one simple incident. The owner went completely crazy. At the end as we walked out, she flipped her middle finger at my friend. The only reason why am writing this incident is because she told me not to write it. This business owner needs to learn how to be professional and sell quality food. The food should speak for itself."
