"Place her tonight at 4:50 placed an order for the delivery told them I'm just on the road in shepherds glen. The girl said it's gonna be half an hour in 20 minutes. 45 mins no food yet, so I went down and asked it for delivery. The girl didn't say that the drivers were gone and literally only bring mine out. So I said okay, then just shoot down and take it. She said aye happy days come on down. I land and tell them my name and say I'm just here to get my food that she went down from the counter to the kitchen and came back up and said it'll take a few minutes. I stand there for about 10 to 15 minutes and the girls ask what I ordered! Seriously? Almost an hour from my order was removed and she asks me what I ordered. I told her and she goes back and comes with my food and said it was down there with the stuff to deliver. After I called and told them I would collect them. I get it home and realize I paid the delivery on it and it's cold. I wouldn't eat anything since half 9.30 this morning and felt like I'd fall hungry and do with these complete incompetent it just made worse. I never leave bad reviews anywhere, but this place definitely deserves a bad review for its non-existent customer service. The food is really nice when it comes warm, which is very rare. I therefore cannot mistake the actual food the 2 stars. Also the last 2 times I ordered cans with my food for delivery both times the food came without cans The man who owns this store must sharpen the planet for the most stupid empty heads, he can find that they answer the phones and take orders here. If you want a pleasant meal from this place, you will not receive any delivery. Order the phone and pick it up. If you order cans, put them in your pocket. Make sure they give you. Some slight anger in the ordering process and I guarantee they get something wrong."
