"Terrible customer service. Had to wait over 20 minutes just to order inside, and there was only one person ahead of me. It was my first time ordering here, so the worker asked me if I wanted everything on it. When I asked him what everything was, he just pointed at the bowls. When I clearly couldn't see everything that was in the bowls. So when he gave me my tacos, I realized that there was no guacamole on there. So I went back and asked him if I can get some and he gave me the worst attitude about it. Food was good but I wouldn't recommend coming here if you don't have the time to wait and deal with attitude."

"The location in Santee is awesome. Our location in National City and the location in Spring Valley need to learn from these guys. Have had bad experiences at both of these locations and only gone a few times. Been going to Santee location for 25 years and they may have messed my order up once. Highly recommend this place."

"Who doesn't love Mexican food? On a cold day it was inviting to enjoy a hot Fish Burrito. It's a large burrito. I ate only half. My first time ordering this dish.The hot sauce was ? great. Got the Habanero and mixed it with the mild. Then later just used the Habanero.I like spicy!!! And it Rocked!!!"

"Horrible service! I ordered a lunch combo, 2 enchiladas with rice and beans. No where did it say sour cream was on it. I asked if it could be remade without sour cream and was told it cannot be done. Since it couldn't be done I asked for a refund and was given an attitude like I did something wrong. Could have kept a customer by remaking it without sour cream but instead food got thrown away. I get my refund and you lost a customer. Bad business! Go next door and get some Mexican food from Vallarta! 1 star"
