"Came from out of state for a memorial services and we decided to have lunch there. Walked in greeter hardly acknowledged us never said hi just grab the menus walked us to the table and walked away. Not even 5 minutes in waitress walk up to our table and rudely ask if we were ready to order. 10 minutes of us being there she walked up 5 times wanted us to hurry up. She even smacked her teeth when we politely ask for time. The restaurant was not full they had just opened up so it was not a rush hour situation and it was only three of us. We brushed off her attitude assuming it might be one of those days. Once our food came she only came up to our booth once we had to flag her down to get condiments and when we did she took her time. At checkout we had two waitress look at my sister and myself in disgust. We were not loud, rude, overly or disrespectful dressed to get those looks.They continued to walk pass us and grin when they came closer. Besides the awful service, the floor and tables were dirty/sticky. We were told from many individuals who live in the area that this location is notorious for discriminating. Gave it one star because the food was good."

"First time here, this place gets busy as soon as it opens! I ordered the classic burger with jalapeño Jack, mushrooms and bacon, with zucchini on the side, unfortunately they did not have onions rings which was my initial choice. Great selection of soda to choose from. The mesquite flavor beef patty went well with the vintage atmosphere! I wasn?t jumping for joy at the condiment bar, it?s just not my thing. Overall I?ll definitely be coming back when I?m want delicious burger and I?m in the area!"

"Me and my boyfriend ordered the bay cakes, wry reuben, and the B1. The bay cakes were phenomenal, and tasted like a crab cake sandwich. The wry reuben was a savory mushroomy meaty heaven. The B1 had an awesome heavily seasoned veggie patty. Id highly recommend coming here with a friend so you can split items!"

"If you are a local, it 's in the My Florist building on McDowell and 7th Ave. All of the parking is on the east side of the building. Average burgers, pleasant staff. Not great, not bad, just a burger joint. With so many unique places in the area, this might be better thought of as a back up plan."

"We have been coming to the museum for years but never tried the restaurant. But on 4/23 we were going to see the National Theater Live showing of Othello, and decided to make a day of it. We arrived with well over an hour before showtime thinking that should be enough based on their brunch menu. It was a little busy so we were asked to put our name on a list but seated less than ten minutes later. We ordered coffee, the goat cheese tart, and an eggs benedict. And then we sat, and sat, and sat. I kept hearing servers telling customers that their POS system was not sending tickets to the kitchen. So it seems like if it was that big a problem, just shut the restaurant down or do things the old fashioned way with hand written tickets. But no, they kept putting orders into the POS they knew was not working. We kept sitting until we finally flagged our server down and told her that we were going to have to cancel the order as we now had only 15 minutes until the show was to start. I tried to go to the hostess station to pay for our coffees but she disappeared and did not come back for at least ten minutes. I was so angry I was about to walk out and forcibly comp the two coffees we drank. Then the server came running out of the kitchen with our food, so we wolfed it down, paid and left. Not once in all that time we sat were we offered a coffee refill. The tart was frankly tasteless, the pastry looked overcooked, and the filling was overly hot in a way that makes me suspect Chef Mike was involved. The benedict was fine. The coffee we did get was good. I heard one of the servers telling another customer they are closing at the end of May, so now I wonder if the staff just doesn 't care anymore. The entire experience was capped off by the wierdo sitting by himself at a corner table who TOOK OFF HIS SHOES while eating his food. Staff saw this and did nothing about it. I honestly regret talking my husband into trying it. Not worth the price, in money or time, at all."
