"Great Experiance. Me and my family went to the Spruce Grove location on Friday night as we heard great things about the location since the West end is now closed. From walking in the front door we were greated by two young ladies that were very nice they seated my family very quickly and our server was at our table withing minutes.<br/ <br/ Our servers name was Reggie and he was very impressive with his personality and ability to remeber all of our orders and read all of them back to make sure nothing was wrong. <br/ <br/ We found out that this location is a test store for a new menu of pasta and rice bowl dishes, I had a full rack of ribs and a loaded baled potatoe, my wife had what they called the chipotle Linguine and our 2 kids had the kids pasta and vegtables.<br/ <br/ Our meals came within 10 minutes of orderering, the full rack was actually a full rack and not 2 halfs that most restaurants do, the pasta dish of my wife was a 10 of 10 lots of flavor and more then enough to take home. The portion sizes for our kids was unreal for the price we paid.<br/ <br/ By the time we were ready to leave the restaurant was full and a wait at the door, the atmosphere for a swiss chalet was great to see, I will give our experiance a 9.5 of 10 as I have never given a 10. <br/ <br/ To add it was nice to see a manager come by our table to ask how every thing was, he chatted about the new dishes and even bout desert for us. I must say I have eaten at most of the Swiss Chalets in Edmonton and this location has it right,<br/ <br/ Keep up the great work and we will be back<br/ <br/ Jody and family"

"We sat for 10 min with our menus. while our waitress wrapped up the silverware. when we got up to leave they said have a good day. no food no service. I work at the campground in town and people ask me where to go for good breakfas. I guess I now know where I will not be sending them."

"Solid 4, maybe 4.5 stars. Food was good, probably the 2nd or 3rd best burgers in town. A little pricier, but you get good sized portions. Big selections of milkshakes, and they?re willing to customize them for you, if you want. Staff was courteous and friendly. Food was fresh, hot and served directly to the table. Not a busy location as it is tucked away a bit. Had the bbq cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. Wife had the poutine, added on the jalapeños and cheese sauce. Kids split the chicken finger and fries basket. Beats any fast food burger joint for sure. We will be back again, more on the menu we want to try."
