"The manager Julie obviously did not want to be working. Rushed us to order and kept repeating the total price to us even when we weren?t done ordering. Answered our questions with a annoying kind of attitude. Gave us extra attitude at the window. On top ofthat, left us in the middle of ordering to do something else. I?ve always had good service there and just tonight I was nothappy with her. Come to find out she?s a manager! Not happy and give her customer service a 0!"

"If you place an order in the app and they are out of what you ordered, there is no refund. They didn't want to fill our order for baked potatoes and told us to figure out a refund on our own, but this had previously happened at another Wendy's and we knew there wasn't a refund option and we at least wanted our drinks which they were also not planning to make. Some wendys offer vouchers for the amount of the items that arent available, but we were being told to just figure it out. They agreed to make our order if we'd wait 15 minutes and it ended up being 30. We ended up with two forks for three potatoes and no salt or other extras for our order and we did get our drinks."

"This diner has absolutely the best breakfast! used renter benedikt. the egg yolk on the muffin mixed with a little sausage, that is more gastronomic. it was so delicious! they also have all free arcade machines. I'll go back tomorrow! I can't wait!"

"Hi Leo, on the east side of town I have tried four times to receive service at the Wendy’s on his tutor up to this point I have not received an order. And I’ll tell you why each time that I have visited this location. It was some excuse. Machine broke down ran out of it. It is hard to give someone a good review and each time your visit was a negative. My suggestion is change management. For one thing the manager should be there at least before opening and at the end of the day for closing do you understand what is going on and make suggestions or recommendations if this is a corporate server that you guys are using it enough to boot up the next morning in case corporate office is tied to this server pushing some new information out that’s part of a manager that’s all I Gotta say"

"I tried to eat here three times. every time I left, I was greeted by rude and/or lazy staff. the waitress took half an hour to get me water once, and another half an hour to take my order.
