"I went to Morristown with some friends and I hated it. At first, the bouncer at the door carrying a red hat was rude to me and denied me with two photos and other identifications. I had to get a policeman to get my license back so I could drive home and was commented on how I die my hair and contacts in all while I was back to my friends car. I will ever go to the grass shopper in general let alone the one in Morristown, New Jersey. When a few adults called the grass shopper to complain about the service, the person who answered the phone always hanged on to any person who called. I know that I will spread the word to everyone I know about the service we have received, and many others will generally not go to the grass shopper, let alone Morristown. Maybe management should think about the people they hire!"

"1’s across the board. No one was there to greet us at the server area. When they finally found the right people they were, rude, dismissive, and overall nasty people. I understand they have a costumer base but being rude should not be acceptable. We will not be coming back for sure. We were here for a wedding but we’re not ever coming back. What a shame with all the other great reviews Service: Dine in"

"I really like this place. The food is good. Friendly staff. However, they really need their French fry game. Your fries remind me of Schulcaféteria Pommes. Usually underboiled and too oily, so do not fried at the right temperature. The fries have to go. Homemade fries is where it is and would get them 5 stars."

"I've been there several times and had really good food, today was different. Instead of getting my usual hot sandwich, I decided to get the pimento cheese. Salty! I ate 1/2 there and brought the other 1/2 home, tried to have it for dinner but toosalty to finish! (House made chips were very salty too! Seriously, who puts salt in pimento cheese? Cheese has natural saltso who adds more? I make better pimento cheese (45 years experience!"
