"This place does take-out and you cannot eat inside. However, they have a great selection of homemade pies ranging from apple, rhubarb, cherry, peach, and pecan, just to name a few. They also offer butter tarts and homemade dinner pies (i.e. turkey, steak and mushroom, chicken, etc.)Their fresh pretzels are out of this world and they also sell fresh breads, rolls and meat sticks (hot or mild). There are shelves stocked with preserves, etc., as well.The place is always lined up and there is a reason for that. The food is outstanding. I saw one guy taking out a fresh peach pie, which he bought some ice cream with. I am sure his goal was to share it out in the car.Prices are fair for the quantity and quality. Most large pies are about $12.99. The six pack of pecan tarts is $5.99 and the meat pies (large) are about $15.99, depending on the type, but they are full of meat and vegetables (outstanding!) Small meat pies are about $5.50, but a perfect meal for one.This location is right on route to the Stratford Festival. However, watch their times, as sometimes they close before the theatre lets out. Thus, you may need to go there BEFORE you see a show and not after. The ladies who run the business are always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend you give it a try."
