"I visited this restaurant for the first time with two family members recently. There aren't a lot of top end restaurants in the area and we were excited to go. My brother in law had been to the Western Door Steakhouse in the Casino in Buffalo and had a great experience. That was not the case here. The service was fine no major issues there. My French onion soup was very good. My brother in law and I both got the 8 oz filet. We were both disappointed. It was cold and it didn't taste like a good cut of meat. My cousin added three shrimp to her filet. She thought the meat was fine, but it was also not warm (as if our dishes had sitting there for a while, waiting to be brought to us). The shrimp were fine as well, she said. The service was fine except that in between ordering our entrees and them being brought out, it took a very long time. Which was surprising given that they didn't look overly busy. All in all, given the price of the food and the lack of quality with it, we were disappointed with this visit."
