"Clean, safe and well-lit location with extended hours 11pm in summer. Of course. The Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Shop part of this place is also an additional plus. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We do not order further for subway orders before we observe and guide their production from any sandwich. Many parking spaces on the parking lot or on the main road on the side street. It is nice that there is a late night underground location, so we support them with a few orders a month."

"Traveled from Central valley to visit friends and wanted to finish the evening with some popusas. Alas they locked the doors 30 minutes early. Too bad, as I would not recommend this establishment since they advertise that they close at 9pm. What else is false?"

"I loved the waffle, adobo fried rice was a bit on the oily side and the green bell peppers overwhelmed the whole dish and unfortunately took away the whole flavor but it was a good concept. A tad bit pricey but I'm sure supplies are not cheap."

"Delicious food! Good selection of Mexican beers too. I had Veracruz snapper and they made it less spicy for my taste, it was excellent. Big portions and very reasonable prices. Definitely high on the list next time we are in Seaside."
