"I ordered a frappe and brought my own cup. My drink was made and put into a plastic cup (not sure why considering I brought my own). No one called out my name until a barista was asking everyone who’s owns a cup (which was mine). He then rudely said I’ve been calling out your name (he hasn’t in fact my partner and I were seated right next to the drink pick up station). He then gets the drink which has been sitting at the pick up station for at least 10/15 mins and pours it in my own cup. I had a look at the “frappe” and it was liquidy and completely melted on top of that it was just foamy. I asked to have it remade and the barista refused to remake it because it was “my fault” that my drink melted and on top of that he said that because I got the extra shot in my drink that melted it in the first place? So apparently if you get the extra shot it just liquifies your entire drink? I get a frappe often and always order an extra shot and it doesn’t look that horrendous. I’m a regular at Starbucks and was extremely disappointed with the rude service.."

"We had a great brunch here with coffee, juices and a cheeky breakfast martini. <br/>I enjoyed the sweet potato waffles with slow braised beef and a deliciously oozy egg. My friends enjoyed the stuffed mushroom special and the salad for soul with grilled salmon. Really enjoyed the food and the service was great."

"4.5 stars I find myself coming back here time and time again. What can I say? I love it here. I always choose the same dish Avo Smash but I make sure to try some of the others when my friends order them. The ambience inside really lifts up your spirit. Not to mention, the wonderful service. NOTE: 2% surcharge on card."

"Had a take away food which is Beef and Mushroom Pie. The beef was so soft and the cut is big! The combination turned really good. The crust isn't soggy and is really crisp. I am not very big on pies, but this one is got my tastebuds. Also, I have to say, they have really good take away cutleries and really nice and helpful staffs!"

"4.5 stars This was our first visit and we had a wonderful experience. The service was quick, the staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The standout for us was the flavourful and healthy ’bircher with mixed berry compote, seasonal fruits and freeze dried raspberries’. The waitress was also kind enough to offer us the option for shared plates, in which the chef divided the dishes in equal amounts : I recommend this place."

"Plug Nickel at Collingwood. Nice small brunch cafe but also as a bar in the evening. I had the breakky roti with egg omelette and bacon. Hot and crispy crust and soft and tender inner. Definitely a good place to dine in and must come back to have other dishes. Great."
