"We were looking for a 2nd KFC location because the first was from chicken wings and almost from chickens for a Family Fill Up. We were lucky with the New Hartford site. The young man in the register was friendly, courteous and fast. We could get everything we ordered quickly and hot. I wish we had come here first!"

"Stopped in for dinner while in town for work. It's seldom that I get to New England, so I was craving some good seafood. Located next to their seafood market, it's got a nice nautical industrial vibe where you order at a counter, sit down, and wait for your order to come out. I went with the Clam Chowder, and a hot Lobster Roll with butter instead of the traditional cold with mayo. Everything was delicious and flavorful, and the portions were more than sufficient. Staff was friendly anf helpful. I'd highly recommend to visitors and locals alike looking for a delicious low-key seafood fix."

"I have been going to Sally and Bob 's since the early 80 's. The 'new ' owners Helen and Cesar don 't feel so new anymore. Initially under the assistance of Rhonda Ronnie (children of Sally Bob) prior to their retiring, Helen and Cesar have kept everything that was great about S B 's AND have added many delicious specials for both breakfast and lunch. The food is consistently delicious.....along with the welcoming smiles and upbeat energy of Helen and Cesar. Along with Cesar, Donatto is an excellent cook. If you are in on the weekend you 'll get to see their son Allesandro buzzing around. No matter what day you go, you will see a variety of 'regulars ' who have enjoyed Sally Bob 's for years, and like me have discovered that Helen and Cesar have enhanced the Deli in so many ways. Welcome to a beautiful couple and best of wishes for decades more of some great Sally and Bob 's fun and fare."
