"I organized a spirit night with Destiny at Hawg Ale for our elementary school. Hawg Ale had never hosted a spirit night before. Destiny was so easy to work with and I was anxious for Hickory Hills families to attend, many had not yet dined at this local restaurant. Many families ate on the patio, it was a beautiful sunny fall day. The family bundle was a top seller and the servers put a hold on dine-in orders while the kitchen caught up in all the call in orders. My family sat inside and we were treated to live music! I look forward to planning another spirit night with Hawg Ale in the spring! We'll be back for sure."

"Randomly heard the people at my dentist office rave about their wings and decided to give them a try. I came in on a Wednesday and placed an order for pick up on Thursday because they only serve wings on Thursday’s and Saturday’s.I picked up my order and unfortunately I think they gave me the wrong order because it didn’t contain the flavors I had asked for so that was a bummer.I tried what I was given which I think was the plain, maple bacon, and buffalo I think? and they we just okay. The slightly spicier flavor was my favorite."

"My mom recommended this place and praised the food! I ordered a veggie plate and was disappointed. Collards they?re a little sweet, which I normally don?t like, but it?s good. Cabbage has a bit of a bite to it, like vinegar, not to my liking. Cornbread Dressing just ok, maybe I required more gravy. Mac and Cheese just ok. Although I didn?t care for much of the sides IF I?m ever in the area during the week, I?ll try a meal with meat to give it another shot, but I willnot go out of my way."

"My family and I have always loved the food at Williamson Brothers BBQ, and chose to do takeout during challenging times of COVID. However, we decided to visit the restaurant last weekend as a big treat. We were so glad we did! The service was excellent (our server was so sweet and nice that she made our evening extra special! , and the food was top notch. For the first time, we ordered a couple of slices of pie, and wow we will bring home whole pies next time! We highly recommend the food (consistently good! but also the dine in experience with excellent service."
