"This review is honestly dedicated to Allyson. Hopefully I'm spelling her name properly. She's a new waitress at the location but she really took care of my sister. She suffers from various food allergies that could do real damage and Allyson navigated it like a pro and made perfect recommendations. To management reading this, please commend her appropriately.The food was much better than my first time coming here. Got the free bird and it was great. The grits are a bit too runny for my liking but I can easily just order something else."

"How did I not know this was here? Hidden gem in my office park, easy walk to grab lunch or coffee/bagel. Tons of comfy seating if I needed to have an impromptu meeting with colleagues outside the office. Warm stafff!"

"It was very poor service at the table, we were seated 10 minutes before the table before us but they had their drink and food order taken before we did. They had their food before we did. We placed our order waited a long time, the waiter finally brought it out but did not have our squash casserole that all three of us ordered. When we asked he said it would be out in just a minute. The manager then walked by asked how we were doing and we told him about having to wait and that one of the people had ordered the turnip greens and they were bad we had to send them back, we also told him about the squash casserole. He then informed us it was going to be at least 20 to 30 minutes they had just put it in the oven. He said here let me get you something in place of it how about baked sweet potatoes. We agreed and he brought them out after we had finished our meals. We went to go pay and they still had the squash casseroles and the turnip greens on the bill. When we ask he only removed one side the turnip greens and we paid for squash casserole and the baked sweet potatoes even though we didn't get the casserole. We usually go to the cracker barrel and Columbia on Bush River road, we love that one and have never had a problem. The food is always delicious and there's never been a problem with substitutions or anything, if there was the manager has always corrected it immediately and removed it from the bill. We definitely will not be going back to that cracker barrel anymore."

"Coffee is amazing, and they have seasonal lattes. There's only one vegan dish on the menu, and it's a fairly small sandwich consisting of veggies and hummus on some really good housemade bread. The veggies are cool seasonal ones (I've had watermelon radish in one! , but it's just not a lot of food for the price. There are vegan donuts and cookies, which are all amazing. Store has some vegan items; you have to browse a bit. There's some locally made vegan sweet potato ravioli, local ice cream, asheville's no evil foods products, etc. Kind of expensive compared to normal, but not expensive compared to other local market type places."

"I ordered a cake for my daughters 13th birthday...it was supposed to be rose gold themed with different shades of blush pinks with the swatch design. Sadly, it was not at ALL the colors I asked for...it was mostly BRIGHT PINK, which is not at all the color my daughter wanted.Now for the taste: BLAH...I feel I got taken advantage of...wasted $60 on a cake that didnt even taste as good as the box ones I make. This was the first time i had one ordered for my daughter, since her 13th birthday was a big deal and she wanted a real cake from the bakery. Unfortunately, it did not even taste as good as the ones I have made in the past. The icing was so blah...Definitely did NOT meet the expectations I had for a cake from a bakery. :(SOOO DISSAPOINTED.Side note: Amber was VERY sweet and I appreciate her friendliness..however, this does not make up for the wasted money and less than quality vs. what I expected/had hoped for."
