Crumbl Cookies - Greenville

I absolutely love this place!! The cookies are amazing and so cute!!

As is typically for this specific location, ordered 6 cookies a 1/2 hour ahead of pick up. When I arrived, I was number 6 for pickup, waited literally for 18 minutes, only to be told two of the ordered cookies were now unavailable. Just being frustrated with their lack of care, I asked to be refunded and walked out. I consistently have issues with specific location. It's unfortunate that it is this location which is closest to my home. I travel frequently and never have these issues with other locations. The staff never cares and shows no interest in assistance. Best to avoid this Crumbl and go to an alternate location.

We Love Crumbl Cookies. I do wish the store I go to would have more new cookies because they do the same ones over and over. I also wish that the store in Easley SC would hurry up and open!!

Ordered 4 cookies on the app... unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances wasn't able to get to the store an hour later. Was informed when I arrived the cookies was sold out (seen some had the cookies i ordered while i was waiting) if someone purchased online or on the app you seriously need to make sure you can fill those orders!!!... now have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. This was probably the best cookie I have tasted in their lineup, the rest have been ok... mostly bland and not flavorful or real buttery.More than likely lost this customer for wasting my time, gas, and money!
