"We arrived to a renovation party where the lobby was in the back conference room. I was rolling my eyes at first because it seemed so thrown together. Then we met Chris, our front desk hero. He was so informative and accommodating. He took great care of us and instantly became our friend. The room was nice. At first I was annoyed by the $50 nightly fee for a hotel that was mostly shut down. But then we discovered our scooters. We loved exploring Vail on these electric carpets. Our first ride, my scooter had 100% battery. 10 min in, it was dead. I was in the other side of Vail to play pickleball. My wife called and guess what our BFF did for us...he drove across town to give us a newly charged one. It would have been a long walk home. The fitness room is top notch. The whirlpool is equally as perfect. We spent time there every day. The ice cream social from 3-5 was fun. The team just made us feel so welcome. We loved our stay there. Chris was amazing and exemplifies the real meaning of costumer service. We were lucky to check out of our stay as the lobby had a soft opening. It was amazing."

"Had 3 people ahead of me which was no big deal. The two guys working were very nice and doing the best they could. My problem was with the manager who contributed nothing. Apparently she let the steamers run completely dry so she busied herself with filling those which should have taken all of two minutes, complained about her knee hurting and just walked back and forth to the back. Never once helped with the customers either making sandwiches or ringing up orders. I waited for 25 minutes to be waited on. I guess go here if you want to wait that long. Food was ok."

"They were delicious! Tamara gave us a great customer service! The carrot cake was heavenly. She's a wonderful and sweet lady. The place was well organized and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the views are great! Definitely recommend Berg Cupcakes."
