"So delicious!!! We got take-out, clam chowder with focaccia and the Riva burger with fries. We ate it at home about 10 minutes later, so not piping hot, and still the best fries I’ve had in a while. The burger was amazing too, bacon jam yum. And my partner licked the bowl of his clam chowder!10/10."

"Overall we had a good experience....however the tacos my husband and myself ordered were terrible. The tortilla shell was completely cold and the filling (I had fish, my husband had pork) was room temperature. You could do much better with the food. Those tacos were definitely not worth $15."

"I decided to have brunch in Alexandria before catching my flight home from a work conference and Chadwicks stood out b/c of the reviews. It did not disappoint! I ordered the Eggs Chesapeake and wow, it was absolutely delicious!! It’s basically like Eggs Benedict with lump crabmeat. All of the flavors were amazing the ingredients were fresh. The house made ginger soda was incredibly flavorful, as well as the key lime pie for dessert. It was light and the perfect portion size. Aesthetically this place is cute also. It’s right by the pier! Definitely hope to visit again."

"We had a reservation, was told that it was going to be a few minutes. Which is no problem but to take a walk in before us and then try to give us the table they didn't want, was upsetting. As well as it being a high top table and my mom being older and not as mobile, when they have the lower tables and chairs available. The food was little under seasoned, the mashed potatoes didn't appear to be seasoned both visually and taste wise. I got the short rib bolognese, which was descent in flavor but it didn't appear to have very much short rib and the short rib wasn't very tender. Also had the calamari appetizer, both the shrimp and calamari were rubbery and the sauces just didn't seem to go with the dish in my opinion. At this point I thought the baguette that came with the bolognese was the best part of the meal, until I had the sticky toffee pudding desert, which I thought was pretty good. Our waitress was very nice and made sure that we were takin care of."
