"Found these cute, corner bar on trip advisor saw that there are good reviews. we had just spent the morning in nyc and wanted to eat before our return to pennsylvania. we've kept up, but we've arrived earlier than expected. the personal was ready to make the adjustment and immediately sat down. our server isaac, the bartender and other employees were very welcome. eating was excellent and came out in a timely way (not that we were in a hurry to go all where.) I hope we stop here again when we dare the NYC way. Thank you, everybody!"

"We were loyal customers of this chili 's, since they first opened (probably around 2005) then the service was exceptional, the food was fantastic and plentiful, and overall it was a fun place to celebrate an occasion. At that time we were more than happy to recommend this chili 's to all our friends. Unfortunately, when the time went on, and servers/manager/health courts came and went, the quality of the service began to degrade to discouraging levels. We made it complete in 2008. But we made a nostalgic visit in 2009, and while the food was more punier than we remembered, at least the new servers were timely and polite. That's why we were ready to visit this chili again today to celebrate an occasion instead of other better diners. Unfortunately, this was a mistake. Our server was still polite, but the delays were just terrible and they did little to actually suffer our growing impatience. The drinks lasted 10 minutes, the appetizer 30, and we had to hunt them for questions about our food over an hour later. The apology was that we had demanded a steak to be done well, but even during peak hours in better diners (or before visits to Chili 's) this never took more than 30 minutes. We almost cancelled the order, but as it was polite, I made the mistake to opt for the takeover instead. Almost on the queue we ran into more delays and frustrations that paid this packed order, and none of the free servers lying on the ground was ready to help us at this point. In order to supplement injuries, the steaks we were told were not quite well done yet in fact bloody raw, unless the oven was broken, there is simply no way it takes an hour and a half to get a steak to such a sad state. It is much easier to close (from the other evidence) that it completely ignores our order and placed only in the last 10 minutes. Or maybe the kitchen staff was just incompetent? While waiting impatiently to pay for my take-out, the kitchen area seemed like a circus of revolving door staff more ready to go around, then focus on the job to hand. I hope they will finally follow the right sanctions. So or so, this was reflected terribly in our impression of this chili 's and the whole chain in general. It is obvious that we will never return to this place again, but even worse we feel like never visiting a chili 's... period. We feel compelled to apologise to our friends for the recommendation of this restaurant chain that is no longer interested in training a real, dedicated staff or keeping its long-term customers happy. Maybe they can still get their act together and at least satisfy the next generation of chili goers, but never again they will have our support. That's all."

"Excellent view but food was sub-par! Chicken sandwich was tough and tasteless. View of NYC and the Hudson River was awesome. Maybe will return once more to try something different."

"The food was very tasty. I recommend the Parmigiano veal. Our server was personable and helpful with the menu. Since it was NYE, I was nervous about the seats available, but my wife and I were in a cabin that was comfortable enough for two other guests. The prices were very reasonable, but the food didn't suffer. All around a great experience and a great, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant."

"This place is good hangout with friends. Drinks are the spotlight of this restaurant, had some amazing ones. Starters are also really yum, although found main course kinda ok ok. They recently had a dessert menu change, we were suggested a fancy one which turned out to be mediocre. Tasted good, but not worth the price. I would recommend this place for quick starters and drink!"
