"This is a Hong Kong style cafe doubling as a sports bar as well. Its a stand alone building with lots of parking in a plaza. The food is decent, but what horrible service. I worked a number of years in restaurants during my yonger...days from pizza places to high class private clubs so I can make comments on customer service. The owner/manager certainly did not hire the right servers or did not bother training them. There are about 25 tables/booths in the dining room, and there were 6 waiters/waitresses working. They all had tunnel vision walking to their destinated spot doing what they were intending to do, and IGNORING the customers along the way. Not once was I able to get the attention of a server without waiving my arms likes a maniac for a few minutes. They either don 't know or don 't bother practising the golden rule of a server, ALWAYS KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE CUSTOMERS AND THE TABLES . A few times, all of them disappeared from the dining room. They would either be all in the kitchen, or congregating and talking in front of the service bar at the back of the dining room. It really makes me appreciate a server in a Thai restaurant near my office looking after 10 tables of customers, taking cash and packing take outs all by herself."

"Very impressed with a first visit to Inspire. Thoughtful details distinguished each dish we sampled variety of flavours, textures, cooking styles. Everything was enjoyable, satisfying and often surprising. Started with a California Nachos with taro chips, ahi, avocado, pickled onion, jalapeños and spicy mayo,...which was excellent. Hanoi Greens salad was enlivened by pomegranate, radish, beats and more chilies. Our three entrees were all delicious. A playful Udon Carbonara with spicy sausage instead of bacon, and served with a raw quail egg. Thai meatballs with coconut, which were succulent and pricked with spicy heat. The Moco Loco, with both a dutiful observance of traditional Hawaiian composition a housemade medium rare burger served on rice, but it was taken a notch higher with Shiitake Demi glaze, crispy onion strings and sautéed shrimp. (Unfortunately, the must have fried egg atop the gorgeous plate, was quite over cooked which took away from the unctuous blend of gravy and runny yolk... Service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely planning a return visit. Lots of similarly adventurous items we were tempted to try!"

"We came around 7:30 pm and had to be put in a waiting list where they would call us when a table would be ready. They are super popular so we waited for an hour to be seated. This was the first time I have been here. The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly and nice . The food came out pretty quickly, and the portion sizes were huge, and the prices are very fair. 3 out of 5 of us were only able to finish half our dish. The food was amazing, might have been the best Katsu I have ever had. The Katsu was so crispy! I would definitely go back, it was worth the wait."

"Food used to be good, but it's gone down-hill over the last 2yrs. No wonder they have to use Groupons to get customers. Service has been decent consistently, but the food has been erratic since Fall 2015. The waitress suggested that their chef quit, so...they brought in a new chef. We've had their lunch specials and dinner menus, and the food's quality has been on a constant slide downhill. Not only are their no longer as spicy as they used to be, they're bland (un-salted) too. That along with excessive amounts of MSG is killing it!!"

"Yes this is a hole in the wall. You aren't coming here for the ambiance or the average to below average service. The Food is good and affordable. Just the right flavour and portions you would expect for the price. Service was quick but there were only 2 other tables being served. The restaurant is not very big and it looks as though they do a lot of takeout as we witnessed many people coming in to pickup their orders."

"Finally I find a great coffee shop in Markham close to where I live.Great selection of quality coffee bean. I would prefer their coffee instead of Starbucks.Very comfy environment to have chit-chat with friends. Or just enjoy the free Wi Fi by yourself.Friendly staff. Worth trying out."

"Wonderful rams. thick and delicious broth. the gyu don is also very good. I wish it came with a little more sauce. it is not a very big load so they might have to wait a little busy hours. service was excellent."

"This was actually the worst burrito I have ever had. The salsa and hot sauces taste kind of like ketchup... totally destroying the flavour of everything else. The chips... well they seemed like a no name brand straight out of a grocery store bag. Taco bell is more authentic than this place... go find a local burrito boys or even a mucho burrito for much better quality."

"Nandos markham and 14 rd is the worst nandos around! Worst chicken, terrible customer service and owner is the rudest person period I showed him coupons that I got via email he said no cannot give me a leg must be a breast said he doesn’t have any dark meat leg, so wanted to charge me extra for breast, Then he upsold me to a family pack, they grilled the whole chicken on the grill without cutting into pieces so his lazy lazy griller can flip the full chicken at once and won’t have to flip the pieces which should have been the way it should be made since been going to nandos for decades and know how it should be grilled, but cutting up and grilling would be much more work, resturant was dead we were the only customers and so I don’t understand how they can make the chicken how they want not how it’s supposed to be made via head office The chicken came out dry dry dry, and burnt even, how can they not grill a chicken properly Hands down the worst Nandos in Canada, this owner should lose the store no wonder why no one goes to this location Didn’t even want to complain to the owner he’s a joke DO NOT VISIT this location!"
