What JB B doesn't like about Ruth's Chris Steak House:
Was really disappointed as I 've eaten at 5-6 locations. This was the worst on the list. It started with having an issue trying to figure out where to park so we called the restaurant and all we got were voicemails...at 7:00 at night....Our waiter was super nice but we only saw him in 15-20 minute intervals. I ordered My steak medium rare...it was very rare. My wife ordered crab cakes...she described them as very bla... View all feedback.
This whole establishment was amazing.due to an unfortunate turn on the events, me and my party of 8+, we’re late to the restaurant. But the compensation that we received was outstanding and astonishing. The food was absolutely amazing and the only thing better than that was the service. Bill, our server worked outstandingly swift, clean positive and worked with enjoyment. I even had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Sarah who took care of us like we were family, even though this was our first time eating there. There’s not much else that I can say other than if you are going to celebrate a special time, you should celebrate it in a special place and Ruth Chris Markham is the place to do it.
Came here for my girlfriends birthday. Great meal, wonderful staff. Our server Bill was really attentive personable. I highly recommend the shrimp voodo lobster mac cheese, super tasty. I look forward to having my birthday here as well!
Great juicy steaks.No complaints at all.It is on the pricy side for sure but worth the experience.Steaks come without any sides. All sides are shareable
Service was good! Went on an empty day had the restaraunt to ourselves. Luke was our server was very knowledgeable and provided good service. Food and drinks were excellent. Will come back. Best calamari I've ever had.
