"If you're looking for an upscale spot for dinner, this is it. From the cloth napkins to the attentive waiters and the nice ambience, this is a fancy place. Nothing on the menu was over $300 Pesos, however. The food came out painfully slow, but...it was definitely worth the wait. Don't hesitate to try this place and you'll be wowed, I'm sure."

"We went for my Birthday dinner. I want to thank the staff and manager who were very attentive to your needs all night! You were greeted at the door and they handed you a warm towelette and seated to your table with the best view of the zihuantanejo bay! Thanks to the chef and staff for the amazing dinner which was plated with such beauty and expertise. You had 3 choices on the menu for your 5 course meal."

"The service is friendly and fun. The food is fantastic. The best part is they are a 10 min walk from our condo. We always bring visiting friends and family here as it never disappoints and everyone always wants to go back. It is not on the beach but after days on the beach it is nice to sit in a casual environment and just enjoy company and good eats. And a piece of Key lime pie at the end always leaves you wanting more."

"We ordered the Tacos al Pastor, and the Tintan. Both were prepared well, and tasted great! If you wish to have flour tortillas, they do charge a nominal fee. A traditional menu, with authentic food.Would recommend everyone give this place at least one try.On the occasions we've been there, no one spoke English, but that only added to he experience."

"This is a beautiful little restaurant serving extremely good food. They have some problems however and it's really too bad.We've had dinner there twice in the last couple of weeks. The first time we were one of two tables, then a third couple came in. There were two emplyees, the server and the chef. No busboy, no dishwasher/no kitchen assistant, no errand runner. Poor Cassandra, she was completely overwhelmed. We ordered brandy with soda. She had to go to the kitchen for the brandy, come back to the bar to make our drinks, then take the brandy back to the kitchen. Then she served our drinks.Food for a foursome was ready and she carried each plate from the kitchen separately so this took some time. Then a fourth small group came in and everything fell apart. The fourth group finally left as they couldn't even get drinks.Tonight again we were one of three tables. The same proceedure with the brandy and once again each dish was carried to each table one at a time. We asked for a second drink and the chef had to go out looking for more ice. Cassandra then went out to the street to make phone calls. Finally I went out to ask her if they were out of brandy and finally she came in to make the drinks. She was the bartender, the server and she bussed the tables. Ther was only the chef en la cosina.We would love this restaurant to be successful. Clearly training is needed, and a kitchen helper/busboy/errand runner is needed. We hope the owners will fix these problems as we'd really like to keep eating there. So sad."

"The most exquisite food. I love the fusion - mixing the different cultures together. I had the passion fruit and the tamarind mezcal cocktails which made my taste buds zing. The mezcal was so delicate and smooth. I'm planning on sampling the whole cocktail menu The seared scallops with a coconut chile sauce and sweet potato purée was delightful - the flavours balanced perfectly. Topped it off with the molten lava chocolate cake that oozed out the pure warm liquid "lava". They make their own mezcal which I am definitely going to purchase."
