"We went on Valentine’s Day and had an 8 PM reservation. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and at 8:20 still had not been acknowledged that we were even there. There was a line of annoyed people who also had reservations but instead of letting people check in, it was a very slow moving line, one at a time. There was only one hostess checking everyone in and nothing against her but she seemed sort of unsure and unclear of her direction. Besides being the only hostess, she was the only one busing/cleaning tables in between trying to seat tables. She clearly needed others to help her, and nobody seemed to be available. I cannot really rate the food because we were too annoyed with the experience before we even could get sat, and decided to leave! In addition, while waiting to be acknowledged for our reservation, my boyfriend tried to order a drink and was asked three different times ‘can we help you’ but then nobody ever took his order!"

"Worst experience ever. I've been coming here for years without every needing to make a reservation on yelp of all places. I was waiting to be seated for almost 30 mins due to a large group, no big deal. I explained my son that since this group of 30 called ahead we wouldn't have to wait because we were next in line...The hostess ignored us, and when I tried to speak to here she kept asking us to move out or her way (crowded, likely against fire code). Then the hostess started taking names from people coming in with help. I asked her what was going on, and she explained that it would be 50min for walk ins if nobody else registered on yelp. She told me I needed to down load a yelp app and it was on their website. I suggest that they ought to make that clearly know as this business has bene open to the general public for year and that this has never been an issue. Yes, I come in during busy Saturdays frequently. Just stop ans think about this. Their expectations was completely carried out either by going on a website , which is odd, who bothers to do that without notice, such as a sign, or by word of mouth. Also, I discovered they refuse to hire LGBTGA+. When I told my child's mother about this experience, she told me about her gluten experience. She has celiac, and they advertise gluten free all over the menu. They likely do not clean cooking surfaces and cause cross contamination. If you have a gluten allergy there is a good chance you'll enjoy a few days call into work from the toilet. Consider this, if they advertise this...what else are they cross contaminating. Being popular with amazing food doesn't mean you can be ridiculous horrible with service."
