"The food was great. I had the six ounces. Sirloin (comes with a fatuccine alfredo Pasta part) and was pleasantly surprised. Very delicious. But I was hoping for a better service. I felt excited. I hadn't touched my duck, and the server told me how to pay for my meal, and she never asked me if my steak had been cooked to my order! Must have been a beginner. The next time I pay more in a better restaurant if I were to resemble something."

"I would rate the service a zero if it were possible. No hostess in site on a Friday early evening, a guy slowly wanders over to seat the first of couples waiting in line. It took minutes to be helped, I should have walked out then. The service at the bar was excellent, also should have just ate there. We were at our table for minutes total and saw our waitress three times, one of which we flagged her down. I made eye contact, gave her a wave, nothing was working. We had plans to eat dinner but after having empty drinks and no sign of service, we left. Really, really unfortuate experience. The space is great, the cocktails were on point, the one app we had was good and the music was perfect. Figure out your service otherwise HSR will never survive. I may give it one more shot, maybe a bad night, but yikes ... a Friday night, one a beautiful spring day, is not the time for below par service"

"We were greeted by deanna and brought to our table. she was extremely professional and immediately made us feel that we had met the right choice for the pre show dinner. our server, tishelle, was exceptional. it was pleasant, accommodating and in harmony with each part of our ordering process. we ordered the fireworks roll and two oysters to start. they were very good. the roll came originally without wasabi ingwer, but the gentleman who broke it recognized it and set this problem before he even laid down the plate. then we ordered a bottle of wine. it took a long time until tishelle arrived so tishelle could track it. the workers told her they were not sure if they had even the bottle we had requested. she found it at the end and brought it to us. then we ordered the Porterhouse Special. it was a 32oz porterhouse with a baked kartoffel and broccolini. we ordered it medium rare, but it came well done and not even supposedly on the outside. tishelle brought it back to the kitchen and we got a new one. this was undercooked (still not meerrot/but tasty/we ate it fast as our show started) and had a low level instead of broccolini. deanna stayed in the night around a few times to make sure that the dinge goes well and tishelle supports in correcting our order issues. based on the exceptional service of deanna and tishelle, we go back and give the kitchen another chance."
