"I'm always releuctant to write a negative review. However when the 3 people I was at the Mostro shop with yesterday evening, felt the same, I write the following with no reservations. The service was very rude, sullen, unfriendly and totally indifferent. Any polite query , was met with a surely, bored response...particularly from the bearded gentlemen. The coffee to be fair was decent and resonably priced, However neither me or my friends will be returning. Terrible, Terrible attitude and service."

"Barista Su has a delightful smile at all times, and he can craft fine coffee well selected beans, balanced mixture of coffee and milks, a lovely cup of Cortado shines my day in Oxford. The cafe itself is tiny yet comfy, especially the seats outside the lane of the Covered Markets. I simply enjoy the atmosphere sitting there watching the crowds under the sun lights from the top roof. It is one of the best place to be in Oxford."
